Getting Unstuck Provides one-on-one coaching for individuals who are feeling stuck in any aspect of their life.

Our special focus is individuals in career transition.  Our goal is to provide clarity by developing a plan and designing the steps to impliment a healthy plan to make healthy changes.  We use our Five Guiding Principles to shape these life plans and assist our clients in moving their lives forward in a positive direction.

FIVE GUIDING PRINCIPLES:

  • Be 100% present - everything else is irrelevant to the experience of this moment.
  • Stand in who you are - when we know who we are, what other people do or say cannot hurt us.
  • Discover your uniqueness - we all were given something that makes us unique.  We have a responsibility to discover it, nurture it and share it with the world.  That is where we find our confidence.
  • We are all different for a reason - when we discover and use the strengths in others, we only make ourselves stronger.  We eliminate the need to control others.
  • There is a reason our lives unfold moment-by-moment - to give us time to process, to cope, to breathe.
