. FIVE GUIDING PRINCIPLES:
- Be 100% present - everything else is irrelevant to the experience of this moment.
- Stand in who you are - when we know who we are, what other people do or say cannot hurt us.
- Discover your uniqueness - we all were given something that makes us unique. We have a responsibility to discover it, nurture it and share it with the world. That is where we find our confidence.
- We are all different for a reason - when we discover and use the strengths in others, we only make ourselves stronger. We eliminate the need to control others.
- There is a reason our lives unfold moment-by-moment - to give us time to process, to cope, to breathe.
